Privacy policy

This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of its own. It does not collect, store, or sell personal information.

• Email. If you write to the address above, the message stays in that mailbox and is used only to reply to you. It is not added to any list and is not shared.
• Nothing kept in your browser. The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Every visit starts fresh, including the preview password and the music choice.
• Hosting. The pages are served by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log requests, including IP addresses, for security and operations under its own privacy statement.
• Fonts. The typefaces are hosted as part of this site, so opening a page requests nothing from a font service.
• Music. The optional music plays through YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed and loads nothing from YouTube until you turn it on. Once playing, YouTube and Google handle that playback under their own policies.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.

• The example data is fabricated. Every figure in the demos, the homepage report, and the motion piece is invented for demonstration. None of it is client data, and it holds no rights worth claiming.
• Product names and logos such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, Python, R, and React are trademarks of their owners, shown only to identify the tools used. The HTML5 logo is by the W3C, used under CC BY 3.0.
• The music is "Thunderstruck" by AC/DC. It plays through the official YouTube embed. No audio is copied or hosted on this site, and all rights in the recording remain with its owners.
• The decorative artwork is generated: the motion piece's poster image and the dark drift behind its scenes, the ambient ribbon and terrain backgrounds on the homepage, the wave texture behind the contact block, and the wandering line on the error page were all made for this site. They are decoration, not data. The motion piece itself and its preview clip are computed from the example figures, not generated.

Terms of use

The site is offered as information about the practice. The demos exist to show how reporting can work, and their invented numbers should not be used for any real decision. Nothing on these pages is a quote or a binding offer; engagements begin with a written agreement that states the scope, the price, and the schedule.

Links and embeds that leave this site, including YouTube and GitHub, are governed by those services' own terms.

This practice is independent and entirely separate from any federal employment.
